Bill’s unique understanding of the food service industry is as a result of his working at all levels, including Restaurant Management and Food Service Dealer Sales. A Manufacturers Representative since 1986, Bill formed his own firm in 1988 and is now one of the Principals with Equipment Solutions, Inc./HSG. Equally adept and knowledgeable with equipment, small wares, and furniture, Bill is a great resource for all things “front and back of the house.” A member of the national trade association “MAFSI” since 1989, Bill served as President of the local Region 5 Chapter from 1993 to 1994 and on the National MAFSI Board from 1995 to 1996, CFSI I.
Eric has been in the Hospitality Industry for his entire career and has a unique understanding of the back of the house from his years as a professional chef. His past experience includes working for a Food Brokerage company and through this direct sales model he mastered the skills necessary to qualify, identify, and manage key customers, prospects, and referral partners in a given marketplace. Eric’s position as a National Account Manager enabled him to participate in the process of how chains source and procure. As the East Coast and Caribbean Regional Sales Director for an international manufacturer of Induction Equipment, Eric worked with Key Hotel Management companies and National Chains to identify their pressing challenges and provide comprehensive solutions.
